These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of the Finhive website, the Finhive Client Portal, and any services, subscriptions, or digital products provided by Finhive.

By accessing or using any Finhive platform or purchasing any plan, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

• "Client": Any individual or company purchasing or using Finhive services.
• "Portal": The Finhive Client Portal used for onboarding, subscriptions, and communications.
• "Plan / Subscription": The selected service package purchased via the Finhive Portal.
• "Services": All consulting and financial solutions offered by Finhive.

3. Use of the Website & Portal

Clients agree to provide accurate information and use the platform only for lawful purposes. Misuse may result in suspension or legal action.

4. Service Subscriptions

Services are delivered through the Portal under each plan's defined scope and service levels.

5. Payments & Billing

All payments must be made upfront. VAT and government fees apply. Non-payment may result in service suspension.

6. Renewals

Subscriptions may renew automatically based on the chosen payment method.

7. Upgrades

Clients may upgrade their plans at any time through the Portal. Activation is immediate upon payment.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are processed only through the Finhive Portal. Fees are non-refundable once onboarding or Portal access begins.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, comply with UAE regulations, and respond promptly to requests.

10. Confidentiality

Finhive maintains strict confidentiality unless disclosure is legally required or authorized.

11. Intellectual Property

All Finhive materials are owned exclusively by Finhive and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.

12. Limitation of Liability

Finhive is not liable for financial losses, delays caused by authorities, or penalties resulting from inaccurate client data.

13. Third-Party Services

Finhive may integrate with third-party systems for payments, communication, or document management.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

Finhive may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

16. Changes to Terms

Finhive may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
